Campaign Page: The page on the platform where can contribute and view promotional materials (images, videos, etc.) related to the Campaign.
Funding Goal: The financial target set by the Campaign Owner for their Campaign.
Funders: parkfund members who contribute funds to a campaign.
Funding: The monetary contributions made by Funders to a campaign.
Funding Period: The time duration for which funds can be raised for a campaign.
Total Funds Raised: The total amount of funds raised by the end of the Funding Period, excluding any cancelled contributions.
Supporter: A user who supports a campaign by sharing or liking the campaign, without making any financial contribution.
parkfund Members: Users who participate in the platform as Campaign Owners, Funders, Supporters, or other roles.
Users: Refers to all visitors to the site, including parkfund Members.
All or Nothing: Funds are only transferred to the Campaign Owner if the Funding Goal is reached by the end of the Funding Period. If the goal is not met, all contributions are refunded (excluding payment gateway charges for foreign contributions).
Keep What You Raise: Funds are transferred to the Campaign Owner even if the Funding Goal is not met. This is suited for causes or charitable campaigns.
Registration: To participate as a Campaign Owner or Funder, users must sign up and create an account. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy and Cookies: The platform respects user privacy and uses cookies as outlined in the Privacy Policy to improve user experience. By agreeing to the terms, users consent to the use of cookies.

Funding: Funders contribute funds to campaigns, which are held in a separate account until the end of the Funding Period. Refunds can be requested within seven days of contribution, except for campaigns that last less than 15 days.
Payment Methods: Contributions can be made via credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, or net banking. Payment gateway charges may apply for foreign contributions.
Refunds: Funders can request refunds within seven days, except in the last 15 days of the campaign period.
Parkfund aims to provide a transparent, user-friendly platform for fundraising, where Campaign Owners and Funders can interact efficiently while ensuring a secure and legally compliant experience. note If a campaign doesn't reach its funding goal under an "All or Nothing" model, refunds will be processed. For Indian funders, refunds will be complete. For foreign funders, a 3% payment gateway fee and exchange rate fluctuations may apply. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed for campaigns in the "Crowd Favourites" section.
Funders are encouraged to give feedback, rate campaigns, and revise their ratings based on campaign updates. Personal information such as names, email addresses, and postal addresses may be shared with campaign owners for rewards and regulatory purposes, unless the anonymous donation option is selected.
When contributing UGC (e.g., text, images, videos), users must ensure they have the necessary rights to do so and that the content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights. By contributing UGC, users grant the platform and other users permission to use, modify, distribute, and reproduce the content without restriction.
The platform advises caution when exchanging personal information with other users, as it is not responsible for any issues arising from such exchanges.
